By registering with Volf Soccer Academy LLC, the parent/guardian of the registered participant,(s) on his own behalf and on behalf of the participant,(s) hereby agrees that Volf Soccer Academy LLC will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur however caused, whether negligently or intentionally, and agrees to release and hold harmless all instructors, staff, volunteers and sponsors from all claims or damages without limitation which may arise as a result of/or by reason of such accident or loss.

refund and cancelation policy

There are no refunds for missed days due to changing schedules, vacations, sick days or other non-emergency reasons. For absences due to a serious injury or emergency a doctor’s note is required.

Appearance Release

For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I authorize VOLF SOCCER ACADEMY, LLC (“Company”) and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns to make use of my appearance in its marketing, business and in connection with Company or otherwise.

I agree that you may film and photograph me, and record my voice, conversation and sounds, including any performance, during and in connection with my appearance and that you shall be the exclusive owner of the results and proceeds of such filming, photography and recording with the right, throughout the world, an unlimited number of times in perpetuity, to copyright, to use and to license others to use, in any manner, all or any portion thereof or of a reproduction thereof in connection with the Company or otherwise. For purposes of clarity, I expressly waive any and all moral rights I may have in connection with my appearance.

I further agree that you may use and license others to use my name, voice, likeness and any biographical material concerning me that I may provide, in the promotion, advertising, sale, publicizing and exploitation of the Company and/or otherwise, including without limitation ancillary products (e.g., merchandise) in connection with the Company, throughout the world in all media, now known or hereafter devised, in an unlimited number of times in perpetuity. I further represent that any statements made by me during my appearance are true, to the best of my knowledge, and that neither they nor my appearance will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

I hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of my appearance or the uses to which such appearance may be put. I also hereby waive any right I may have to seek injunctive relief in connection with your exercise of the rights granted hereunder. I acknowledge that you will rely on this permission potentially, at substantial cost to you and hereby agree not to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever against anyone relating to the exercise of the permissions granted hereunder.

I agree that I shall not issue or authorize the issuance of any advertising or publicity, grant any interviews, or make any public statements about my participation hereunder, Company, or Company's business without Company’s prior written consent. I shall not at any time use any of Company’s or its assignees’ or licensees’ names, logos, trade names, trade dress or trademarks without Company’s or such assignees’ or licensees’ prior written consent in each instance.

Weather and Government Holiday Policy

Academy Training

All outdoor sessions run rain or shine. All players should come prepared with weather appropriate gear. However, certain sessions may be cancelled due to severe weather and makeup sessions or refunds will be provided. Training sessions apply to all days including Statutory Holidays. The exception is Christmas and New Years. Information regarding closure dates will be sent out to parents.

Camp

All outdoor sessions run rain or shine. All players should come prepared with weather appropriate gear. However, certain sessions may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions, a 25% refund will be issued. Training sessions apply to all days including Statutory Holidays. The exception is Christmas and New Years. Information regarding closure dates will be sent out to parents.

Medical Policy

At the time of registration, we will ask Parents/Guardians for any significant medical notes pertaining to the child(ren) being enrolled. Parent/Guardian(s) are expected to communicate all necessary information needed to properly care for their child, as well as to reiterate all information to the Administrator prior to the first training session or to the Coach or Head Coach on the first day.

training policy

All players must wear proper gear for soccer training. For Skills Training all players must wear a Volf Soccer Academy jersey. Players cannot wear any jewelry, watches or hats. Parents are not allowed to enter the field during training unless emergency. Parents are not allowed to interrupt training or talk to kids during training unless emergency.
